Programs that provide assistance in the form of advocacy, arbitration, certificates/forms assistance, class action litigation, legal counseling, legal representation, mediation, paralegal counseling, self-representation assistance and/or court watching which focus on a particular area of law.
Certificates/Forms Assistance Programs that help people obtain, complete and/or file official forms, certificates, documents, applications or other legal paper-work that is required to initiate or respond top legal action or to officially handle or document the occurrence of a transaction; or which review legal documentation an individual has received to help explain its meaning.
Discrimination Assistance Programs that provide assistance for people who believe that they have been treated unfairly due or denied normal privileges based on their age, sex, race or ethnic origin, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
Durable Power of Attorney for Heath Care Programs that provided assistance for people who want to officially authorize another individual to make vital health care decisions on their behalf in the event that hey become incapacitated and are unable to make those decisions for themselves.
Guardianship Assistance Programs that provide assistance for people who are in favor of or who want to oppose the appointment of a guardian to care for and manage the affairs of a child or adolescent during minority.
Immigration Assistance Programs that provide legal assistance for prospective immigrants, visa seekers, refugees, relatives of refugees and people who are seeking naturalization who have questions about employment; benefits due them under the law; procedures for obtaining student, visitor or refugee status, or for applying for permanent residency or citizenship; or other aspects of the immigration and citizenship laws as they apply to specific individuals or situations.
Legal Representation Programs that are staffed by attorneys who appear on behalf of their clients in criminal, civil and/or administrative actions and proceedings in addition to offering legal advice and guidance.

Living Will Preparation Assistance Programs that provided advice and guidance for people who want to draft a living will which basically states: "If the situation should arise in which there is not reasonable expectation of my recovery from physical or mental disability, I request that I be allowed to die and not to be kept alive by artificial means or heroic efforts."
Will Preparation Assistance Programs that provide assistance and guidance on an individual or group for people who want to drafty a will to leave instructions for the disposition of property following their death and need assistance in ensuring that the document is properly written.
